This is Pradeep Velugubantla’s author and professional website. For a privacy question or a request about information you have shared, please use the contact form.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message so I can receive and respond to your inquiry. Messages pass through the website’s WordPress mail system to my email inbox. The services that host the website and handle email process information to deliver those services. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

I do not have a formal deletion schedule for messages. They may remain in my email account until I delete them. The form also processes page and form identifiers and request information needed for submission and spam protection. Optional form interaction tracking is disabled; historical form logs and analytics records have not been deleted.

Comments and cookies

Your display name, comment and optional website link may be public. Your email address is not displayed with your comment. WordPress also stores the comment’s IP address and browser information. Comments may be held for moderation.

Genuine comments are intended to remain as part of the published discussion unless I choose or need to remove them. There is no formal deletion schedule.

If you choose to have the comment form remember your details, WordPress uses cookies to save your name, email and website for one year under the current configuration. You can leave this option unchecked or remove these cookies in your browser.

Website statistics, logs and backups

The site uses basic first-party WP Statistics to understand visits. IP anonymization and hashing are enabled, and browser user-agent storage in that statistics system is disabled. Optional vendor telemetry is disabled. These settings do not mean that IP addresses are never processed: the hosting service receives web requests and may keep operational or security logs.

I have not set a personal retention schedule for statistics. Although the statistics software has cleanup settings, no fixed deletion period is guaranteed here. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for website operation, security and understanding site usage, and may also remain in routine backups or service-provider systems. I do not have a formal backup deletion schedule, and the providers’ log and backup retention periods have not been established.

External links and children

External links take you to websites with their own privacy practices. The website may also use services provided as part of WordPress or my website hosting to operate normally.

This author/professional site is not designed to solicit personal information from children. Please have a parent or guardian handle a child’s inquiry.

I may update this privacy notice if the website or its privacy practices change.
